2. Eligibility and Platform Compliance
You must comply with Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, and all applicable local laws. Use of GM-t in violation of these requirements is strictly prohibited.

- You are responsible for all bot configuration and moderation actions performed in your server.
- You may not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or disruptive activities.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
4. Service Availability
GM-t is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify features, introduce limits, apply maintenance windows, or suspend parts of the Service when necessary for security, reliability, or operational reasons.

We process limited technical and configuration data required to deliver bot functionality. Data handling details are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
